The Role of Teachers in Introducing and Implementing the Subject of Climate Change in the High School Curriculum (Pilot Training)
19-21 February 2003
CCIC Conference Room, Manila Observatory, Ateneo de Manila University Campus, Loyola Heights, Quezon City

Realizing that teachers are untapped agents for information, education and dissemination of climate change science and knowledge, the CCIC held a Briefing & Workshop: The Role of Teachers in Introducing and Implementing the Subject of Climate Change in the High School Curriculum (Pilot Training) in coordination with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Aiming to integrate the subject of climate change into the curriculum, the workshop was a first step in equipping natural and social science high school teachers with the necessary skills to instruct their students and to forge linkages with the Center.
