College of Engineering Theater, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City

Because of the growing influence of transport activities on climate change, as well as the recent developments involving the tricycle sector, the CCIC held a public briefing entitled Climate Change and Tricycles in coordination with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Energy Environment Training Program (EETP), the Academy for Environmental Development (AED) and the Epsilon Chi Fraternity. The forum was an opportunity to highlight the current situation concerning the tricycles sector, the impacts associated with them, and alternative technologies available for the sector to cope with mitigation policy implementation..
